These terms govern your use of legitcopywriter.com and any purchase of services from LegitCopywriter di Conti Sara (“LegitCopywriter”, “we”, “I”). By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
All services listed on the website are digital services delivered electronically. Services include: ghostwriting, newsletter writing, LinkedIn content, white papers and reports, SEO content writing, and copy editing. Each service has a defined scope as described on the relevant service page and confirmed in the project brief.
All prices are in Euros and exclude Italian IVA (22%). Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, via Stripe. EU businesses with a valid VAT number in another Member State may apply the reverse charge mechanism. The price quoted and confirmed at checkout is the price invoiced; no additional charges will be applied without written agreement.
Work begins once the project brief template (sent within one business day of payment) is completed and returned. The scope confirmed in the brief is the scope of the project. Changes to the brief after work has begun are treated as new scope and quoted separately.
All services are delivered digitally within the timeline confirmed in the project brief. Delivery timelines begin from the date the completed brief is received, not from the date of payment. We endeavour to meet all confirmed timelines; in the event of unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
One structured revision round is included with all services, except where otherwise stated on the relevant service page. Revisions must address elements that do not meet the confirmed brief. Revisions for scope changes, changed direction, or changed brief are new scope. Additional revision rounds are available at the hourly rate.
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the final file, all intellectual property rights in the delivered work transfer to the client. LegitCopywriter retains no rights to use or reproduce the work without written permission, except in the case of agreed portfolio listings.
LegitCopywriter treats all project information as confidential. Client names, project details, and any materials shared during the project are not disclosed to third parties without written permission. This applies especially to ghostwriting engagements.
LegitCopywriter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered content. Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato, Italy.
