We operate a fair, transparent refund policy for digital services. The guiding principle is straightforward: if we fail to deliver what was agreed, you are entitled to a refund. If you change your mind after work has begun, the project fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel before returning the completed project brief, you are entitled to a full refund minus any Stripe processing fees. Contact hello@legitcopywriter.com within 24 hours of payment to request a pre-brief cancellation.
Once the completed brief has been received and work has begun, the project fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations. This reflects the time and resources committed to the project from the point the brief is accepted.
If LegitCopywriter fails to deliver the agreed work within a reasonable timeframe beyond the confirmed delivery date, or if the delivered work materially fails to meet the confirmed brief after the included revision round, you are entitled to a partial or full refund as appropriate. For consumers within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By returning the completed project brief and authorising work to begin, you acknowledge that the service has commenced and that the 14-day withdrawal right is waived in accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
