Delivery timelines are confirmed in writing at the project brief stage and begin from the date the completed brief is received, not from the date of payment.

Rush 48h delivery is available as an add-on at the time of ordering. Rush timelines begin from the date the completed brief is received.
You will receive a Google Docs share link or, if another format is agreed, a file transfer link. Ensure your email address at checkout is correct, as delivery notifications are sent there.
Project files are archived for 6 months after delivery. Requests to re-access archived files should be sent to hello@legitcopywriter.com.
