Writing is a
discipline, not
a personality.
I started writing professionally before the term content marketing existed. First in editorial, then for a direct response agency in Milan, then as a freelancer when it became clear that the freelance market in 2020 had changed enough to make it viable.
The studio name, LegitCopywriter, came from a fairly simple observation: the word legitimate matters more in this industry than almost any other. There are a lot of writers. There are not a lot of writers who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, for the price they quoted. The name is a statement of intent.
I operate from Montemurlo, Prato â a town in Tuscany between Florence and Pistoia that has nothing to do with copywriting and everything to do with where I chose to live when I left Milan. All work is delivered digitally. I work with clients across Italy and Europe, primarily in Italian and English.
The studio has six services, all of them forms of writing: ghostwriting, newsletter writing, LinkedIn content, white papers and reports, SEO content writing, and copy editing. Each service has a specific scope, a specific price range, and a specific delivery timeline. Nothing is open-ended. Everything is confirmed in writing before work begins.
